I’ve always been passionate about how people use digital technology to accomplish their goals.
By combining my training in Integrated Marketing with User Experience Methodologies and Design, I’ve managed to explore those interesting and tricky intersections between what brands and companies want, and what people need.
This has led me to activities such as:
redesigning an interface that’s too complex and overwhelming, so customers could get more quickly to product information they need
identifying the opportunities for digital tools that support a patient when they are first diagnosed with a chronic illness
researching and multiple rounds of prototyping a travel comms tool for inflight communication
understanding how users shop for tires, to design a better experience integrating digital and mobile interfaces
